A fresh and very crisp combination of aromas of lovely apple and pear notes, backed up by a subtle hint of toasted oak and slight vanilla on the finish. The fresh fruit exhibits a good balance and structure. The oak is soft and gentle and complements the citrus flavors. The finish is very crisp and clean.

The aromatics are concentrated with white flowers, peach and apricots, as well as floral notes that liven up the nose. This is a dense wine with many layers of aromatic flavors. Round and soft with hints of candied peach, grapefruit and dried apricot match nicely with the acidity. Very expansive on the palate, with a lingering finish that makes for a very heavy weighted wine with a lot of length. This is a wine that expresses the nature of the Viognier grape with its power and intensity.

A perfect wine for shellfish, lobster, crab or richer seafood dishes.

Aged in a combination of French Oak (Sauvignon Blanc) and Stainless Steel (Viognier and Petit Manseng). Bottled in May 2016. Released in June 2016.

An intensely aromatic wine with bright hints of fresh cut grass and lemon peel. This complex blend of Petit Manseng with a touch of Viognier, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc shows bright acidity with rich citrus, and spice up front, and lemon on the finish. This elegant, well balanced wine exhibits a long finish with a bouquet of pineapple, peach, coconut and apricot well integrated with soft oak. The wine is very floral with dense fruit flavors and soft round tannins which make it a great companion for most types of cuisine. The intensely concentrated aromas of black cherry, lavender, earth, blackberry and sweet toast are complex and pleasing. They offer an enticing entree to what is a one of the best wines of the vintage. The flavors are just as concentrated, packed with dark fruits, tar, licorice and a hint of toast. This wine exhibits an un-reduced nose with big fruit and notes of blackberry. The fruit is backed by floral hints of violets and the aroma of fresh jam.
