The optional vegetarian menu will be full sized portions: Roasted Fennel and Wild Mushrooms Presented in Crispy Wonton Cups Baby Spinach and Arugula Salad with Feta cheese, roasted red bell peppers and balsamic vinaigrette Rustic Portobello Lasagna Fresh Bread and Butter and, of course, dessert!
